Dainty Daisy

Dainty Daisy

Tossed away to wilt
dug my roots in deep
cleaving right through.
Battered, bruised, eke
out a weary existence.

Dainty no more, resilient
incisive and determined
surmounting challenges.
Firmly holding my ground
smile, hold my head high.

Adapt, adroitly sway with
unforgiving,fencing winds
shredding my core with
razor sharp,lethal strokes
while the sun plays referee.

Quenching my thirst with
generous drops of honey
dew,skies scatter at dawn.
Arching,tipping on my toes
kiss the sexy, seductive sun!

I am triumphant, a survivor
not a dainty daisy anymore!

इबादत

My first picture painting

इतिफाक थी मुलाकात हमारी
जाने तुम आदत बन गए!

हमे तो इल्म ना था इश्क़ का
जाने कैसे तुम इबादत बन गए!
